• We first need to check availability and confirm the price with you.
• If then, you would like to book your dates, we would ask you to fill out the booking form.
• Once we receive the booking form we will email you all the hire information.
• We require a £150 booking deposit to hold the booking. 
• The final balance must be paid six weeks prior to your hire.
